Join Grand River Brewery and Cherry Creek for another unforgettable evening in the vineyards for Feast in the Field - A Taste of Normandy.

This five course wine pairing dinner will transport you to the lush landscapes of Normandy, France, with an exquisite menu featuring authentic dishes inspired by the region’s rich culinary traditions.

MENU

Terrine Campagnarde de Dinde et Noisettes au Calvados
Country-style turkey paté with hazelnuts and apple brandy, paired with pear chutney and toasted brioche.


Salade au Camembert Chaud, Frisée, Pommes et Noix
Hot Camembert salad with curly endives, apples, and walnuts, dressed in apple cider vinaigrette. Served with Camembert on a crunchy baguette slice.


Paupiette de Sole et Noix de Saint-Jacques

Stuffed lemon sole with scallops, mussels, and mushroom cream sauce. Presented in a half scallop shell with seaweed.


Roulade de Porc farcie
Wood-fired stuffed pork belly with creamy mashed potatoes, summer garlic vegetables, and salted caramel sauce. Cooked porchetta style and stuffed with diced apples, croutons, ground pork, spices, garlic, and herbs.


Tarte Normande Pomme et Poire
Custard apple and pear tart topped with toasted sliced almonds.
