Grand River Brewery’s history is rooted in the land, waters, and spirit of Michigan. Our journey began nearly 20 years ago with the birth of Cherry Creek Winery in the Irish Hills.

Along the way, we became Michigan’s first combined brewery, winery, and distillery. Today, our Kitchen is led by James Beard Award winner, Chef Alex Young.  Under his guidance, our Chefs and his new menu celebrate exceptional, locally-inspired food.

That same commitment to quality guides our brewhouse. Using traditional methods with a modern Michigan twist, our brewers draft recipes that tell a story.  Like sharing a pint with good friends, great beer is meant to bring people together.
