Course III

Salmon & Gnocchi - Faroe Island Salmon / Ricotta Gnocchi / Creme Fraiche / Dill Oil / Petite Greens. Paired with Duck Figures- American IPA.

Deconstructed Strawberry Shortcake - Sourdough / Michigan Farm Strawberries / Sweet Basil / Whipped Dairy Fresh Cream. Paired with Ramble Jam: Mixed Berry Pie.
