Join us for an enchanting evening as we celebrate the magic of Hogwarts with our Harry Potter-themed beer pairing dinner! Experience a culinary journey through the four houses—Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, and Ravenclaw—each accompanied by a unique selection of craft beers that reflect their spirit and flavor.
Event Highlights:
House Divisions: Guests will be sorted into one of the four houses at the end of their dinner during the dessert course.
First Course: Slytherin - Gillyweed Salad (Paired with 313)
Seaweed and spinach blend, fresh cucumber, lightly fried calamari and tossed in a tangy sesame dressing
Second Course: Gryffindor - English Style Stew (Paired with Black Penny Porter)
Chuck roast, Potatoes, Carrots, Celery, Peas, Onions, Tomatoes, and Bacon in a Hearty Beef Broth
Third Course: Hufflepuff - Chicken Piccata (Paired with Mai Guy!)
Lightly fried chicken in a lemon caper sauce on top of a bed of spaghetti
Fourth Course: Ravenclaw - Lambchops (Paired with Ghoul Bite)
Marinated and braised lamb chops with roasted squash on a bed of creamy polenta with a blueberry Demi glaze
Fifth Course: The Golden Snitch (Paired with Jeans on the Beach)
Choux pastry with a pastry cream filling, white chocolate wings with edible gold dusting and a butterbeer sauce
